Booking & Payment 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. 

Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date. 

Late payments may result in cancellation or delayed services. 

Bookings made less than 7 days before the event are subject to a $75 rush fee. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

You may reschedule your event with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit will be applied to a future date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling, and deposits will be forfeited. 

Delivery & Installation 

Delivery and installation are available for orders of $300 or more (including garlands, backdrops, and other decor). 

A delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from McKinney, TX (zip code 75070). Clients must provide clear access to the venue for setup and allow sufficient time for installation. 

Pickup Orders 

Pickup is available for garlands and helium bundles. Pickup location: 2716 Woodson Dr, McKinney, TX 75072. 

Clients are responsible for bringing a large, empty SUV (no car seats, boxes, or items in the back) to ensure balloons fit safely. 

Once picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for the arrangement. 

Balloon Care & Longevity 

Balloons are sensitive to temperature, direct sunlight, sharp objects, and weather conditions. Indoor balloon garlands may last several days to weeks when properly stored, but no guarantees are made. Outdoor setups are not guaranteed to withstand heat or wind. We are not responsible for any popped or deflated balloons after delivery or installation.

Tear-Down & Removal 

Tear-down is not included unless pre-arranged. If needed, this service is available for an additional fee. Please request ‘tear-down services’ when booking. 

Customization 

All balloon colors, styles, and personalization must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated depending on inventory. 

Liability 

Once balloons have been delivered or picked up, Party Pop Balloons is not liable for any damage, popping, loss, or deflation caused by external factors (e.g., pets, kids, weather, sharp surfaces). If we damage or pop a balloon during delivery or setup, we will replace it free of charge. 

Safety 

Balloons are not toys and can pose a choking hazard. Children should be supervised around balloon decor at all times. 

Agreement 

By booking with Party Pop Balloons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
